To Ray and Ruby,
I am just amazed by the products that you folks have. I purchased one of you sight smokers a while back, and so far everyone who has seen it comments on the quality and thought that went into it.The fact that the calcium carbide and water never meet until the unit is sealed up, and the water is injected, is great. I had used one of the old metal smokers, and what a mess. Seems that I ended up with more gunk on my hands before I could get the lid screwed back on that old thing, then the flint had gotten wet and it would not ignite.Today I received my 60 inch scope stand,,,,,,,,,,and all I can say is WOW!!! Ray you have a touch that must be golden. The simplicity in that stand is fantastic. One knob controlling everything is great. I had looked long and hard at the competitions stands. After seeing you product first hand, I know I made the right choice. I have a match to attend tomorrow, and right now I am more excited about the stand that I am about my shooting. Keep up the great work, and hold fast to your values of quality. It's so nice to see some good old USA pride still shining through.

I just received the 48" Classic stand ordered the other day. I just wanted to tell you that this is a fine piece of workmanship. It looks like it could be a part from the Space Shuttle. I just wanted to send you a quick note on your Windage Adjuster. Mine arrived last week in time for me to use it Saturday morning after replacing a worn gas tube. In no time (and less than 10 rounds), I had my front sight base aligned so that Mechanical Zero was also my "no wind" zero.

My scope stand got here today. Thank you for the fast service. I had never seen one of your stands before, but I ordered it after reading countless threads on the internet that could not say enough good things about them. I set it up today, on the grass, outside in a 25 mph wind and it was like my spotting scope was attached to a concrete piling. It just didn't move. What a great stand! The mounting head is outstanding. I am sure you will be hearing from guys I shoot with.

I received my 3-20 international scope stand yesterday and I was impressed with the quality. Ruby you were right, I am glad I got the 60" stand as I still have to tilt the scope up to be at eye level and I like the ability break the stand down for travel. I recently purchased a NM 3 X 2 Scope Stand. When I went to the range yesterday the Kansas Winds Were blowing at 25 – 35 mph., I had my Celestron Ultima 100 Scope which weighs in at about 4 ½ lbs. At standing position, the scope STAYED on target at 100yds. WOW what a stand!
Excellent workmanship, now if only I hadn’t wasted my money on that OTHER stand

I received the scope stand a few days ago and I love it. The quality is excellent, your product sets the benchmark for scope stands in the industry. I am relatively new to competitive shooting but I know a good product when I see it. I have a 80 MM scope and had the scope at the very top of the stand in a very Strong wind at the range, numerous other shooters stands were blowing over and your product was steady as a rock. I will most likely be talking to you about your shooting carts, I am tired of using a backpack to lug my stuff around.

Hi, I was happy to see the scope adapter (saddle mount) show up so quick. A lot of times folks say 'in stock' and it still takes two weeks. Two days was a pleasant surprise. I put the adapter on my old 20x54 Unertl scope and it just fit perfect. The center threaded hole is at the scopes point of balance, too. I like that there are two straps and not just one. Now this great old scope can be used on any tripod. I might have to get one of your stands to go with it. The stand I got from another company will probably go back. Thanks.

Thanks again for re-creating and selling those M1903 Springfield micrometer sight adjustment tools. I purchased one after seeing a fellow shooter - Gary Crayne use it earlier last year. I visited our local range a few times to tweak my M1903 before heading to Camp Perry. I'm happy to say I brought home a BRONZE in the M1 Garand match, but extremely pleased that I was able to bring home a SILVER in the M1903 Springfield match. Anyone heading to Perry should seriously consider purchasing one of these devices. Wait a minute - then the cut off scores might go up .......... either way - its a great asset for anyone owning an M1903.

I've wanted to buy one for several months now, so I have been comparing just about everything made. Your stand CANNOT be beat, especially for the price. I have been checking out what everyone has been using at the High-Power matches. I've seen plenty of higher priced stands, but none that match the quality of this one. Mounting my scope was a breeze, and it works beautifully in all of the XTC positions. Because I can now "angle" my scope more, the offset for prone is just perfect. Dear Ray 'n Ruby, Thank you for both the micrometer AND the PERSONAL NOTE! I know almost nothing about the O'Hare tool, but was told of it and your website by my friend, Mike Orwan, who is the CMP/High Power Match Guru of Central Pennsylvania and most worthy of the title. I've been enjoying my M1903 (Remmington 1942) for almost a year and am continually amazed by it's accuracy... when I'm willing and able to devote lots of time to fiddling with the ladder sight. We'll not debate the good and evils associated with that invention, but suffice it to say that the A3 did away with it and good riddance. It is fun to fool around with something so primitive, but I'd actually like to shoot accurately and, apparently, the O'Hare tool will make that happen. It is the perfect companion to my Nikon Sky & Earth 60mm scope ... your scope head is perfect for this scope (since it lacks a rotation ring). It came in perfect condition. Your packaging is awesome. The end of the box was a little wet, but I imagine Katrina had something to do with that. Hi Ruby, I just wanted to drop you a note about how very happy I am with the sight mic that Ray made. I just returned from Camp Perry where I shot the Springfield Match. I didn't have a solid zero on my 1903 and when the match started. I fired my frist sighter, a 6 at 12:00. I grabbed my sight mic and put it in place. Losened the sight knob cranked up 12 clicks and bang, and X. It could not have been easier to use the tool. I shot well enough for a silver medal, the best I have done in this match to date. I just wanted to say thanks for a great product.

    I had a chance to use the stand (FBase) this weekend and I thought it worked flawlessly. The biggest improvement over my old tripod stand was being able to set up in prone position with the scope right where it needed to be so I could check the target without breaking position.
   With the equal length 120 degree leg tripod stands, I was always banging my elbow on one of the legs and I couldn't get the scope low enough to be useful. Not to mention that lugging the stand around with it's 8 lb stabalizing weight was heavy!
   Functionally, I can't think of anything I would like to see done differently. The end result was a great day of shooting and my second best highpower score ever.

Hi Ruby, The package was delivered yesterday (monday), nobody home so I picked it up at the post office this morning. That was much quicker turnaround than we could have guessed!

Ray, Just a note to tell you how much I have enjoyed using your scope stand. My son and I are learning to shoot in HP matches and we have found your stand easy to use and very well engineered. Also, we have used the stand to look at planets and stars. My son put his digital camera behind my Kowa the other night to take a beautiful picture of the half moon.

I just got to the office and my order is here! As I opened it I thought "oh no, that 5/8 rod will never go through that bushing/hole." Of course I haven't read the directions, but my common sense kicked in and once I removed your bushing, it worked great! Thank you, and thank Ruby for answering the phone, and taking my order. Dear Ray & Ruby, I recently received the Super Smoker I ordered from you. It certainly lives up to its name - it is SUPER! I have had the chance to use it twice on the range, and my AR-15 front sight appeared blacker and sharper than ever before. I used to shoot muzzle-loaders competitively and a lot of the competitors would use carbide miner's lamps to blacken their sights. I never tried it because the lamps seemed so bulky, messy and problematic. All that has changed with the Super Smoker. It's easy to use, fast, neat, and small.

I don't have much stuff. I can just carry it around". Well, that lasted two days. On the way back to my hut from squadded practice I stopped by your booth and got a wheel kit. Hey folks, Just received my rolling stool kit today and I was like a kid at Christmas time. The components making up the kit are fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a higher quality piece of equipment than what is now proudly mounted to my shooting stool. I have had the opportunity to do a little machining in my day and could not have realistically produced a one of for the value that your supplying these kits at. Shooting caps off to you for producing quality goods manufactured in the USA and at a value as well. Looking forward to rolling my gear to the line when the snow melts.
