Don't attempt to operate your Super Smoker if the O-Ring Looks Like This!



O-Rings can deteriorate over time. If you find a cracked or damaged o-ring, especially the one shown on the water injector above, do not attempt to operate the smoker. This condition can cause an acetylene leak that may catch fire. You will damage your smoker and possibly burn your hand should this happen.

If you have access to o-rings, it is Aerospace Standard #O-117.
Use something that will not scratch the plastic to pry out the old o-ring. Stretch the replacement o-ring into the groove and you are good to go.
