I was having trouble getting good soot from the unit, but I used less water (according to your suggestions), and keep adding a little as I need it and it seems to be working much better now.

Received the SuperSmoker yesterday and all I can say is awesome! I will probably give my Gunsmoke lamp to a new shooter in my area as I will no longer be needing it. You make a great product. Thanks for innovating this old "necessity."
