Ray-Vin products are available only from Ray-Vin.While we have no written guarantee, we remain the single point of accountability for our products.

Back Orders
Generally, 99.9% of the time all items are in stock for immediate shipment.
When you see thethat means the item is currently out of stock.
We now accept back orders and you will be notified via email when we expect to ship your order.
Because we make most of what we sell, back order wait times are seldom more than a couple of days.
Sometimes we have trouble getting material and the delay may be longer.
We will ship your order complete in order to minimize shipping costs.
If you do not want the backorder item to hold up your order, delete it from your order and order it separately..
US Government Orders
Our automated ordering system is blocked from accepting government credit cards.
However, we can accept your credit card order via telephone.

Privacy
Your personal information is strictly confidential. We do not sell, give or otherwise disseminate any information about our customers or sales.
Our credit card ordering system is in complete compliance with Visa and MasterCard requirements using a secure gateway. Your card number is not kept on file.

To see shipping charges, add the items you want to your shopping cart and then go to the checkout.
Where you are asked for your zip code, choose a shipping method.
You can change the shipping method from the total page -
"Click Here" to change shipping method.
Nothing is final until you press the "Submit Secure Order" button.
Sorry, we do not offer UPS shipping.Due to new postal regulations,
We can only ship calcium carbide to U.S. addresses.Orders including calcium carbide (Bullseye Black) must be shipped parcel post ground due to DOT and USPS regulations. This includes all items in your order if you also order carbide at the same time.
If you do not wish to wait for non-carbide items, please place two orders; one for the carbide items and one for everything else.
Return Policy
Items returned within 30 days of purchase in unused and resalable
condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
UPS? NOT!
We no longer use UPS for several reasons.
- We get charged $1 extra for every package we receive because we are 'rural'.
Two miles from the Interstate, Walmart, Lowe's etc., but we do have indoor toilets!- Too much damage. How do you bend a 1" diameter stainless steel tube?
- Too much loss. Why do smokers disappear?
- Poor pickup and delivery. We are a business.
Sometimes delivery comes after 7PM.- Dishonesty. Every bill, EVERY BILL, had some mysterious up charge.
The last item is the most troubling. Boxes would 'grow' on their way to delivery. Nothing we shipped was oversize. When questioned on how they measured it, we got answers like;
"A man with a tape measure."
"They use a chain."
"All are automatically measured by laser."
When we called and questioned these charges UPS folded like a $2 suitcase.
It cost us $10 each time we had to investigate (every week!).
