If you enjoy the luxury of having a dedicated chronograph stand, you can make transport easier by adding a plastic bucket to the setup.
I like the big square cat litter pails.

I can put the printer, cables, sky screens and extra paper/batteries in the bucket.
I hang the bucket on the chrono mount and carry the whole works to the line.
